This work invites and rests in compassionate examination and honest inquiry into deeper currents that shape life — your life. These currents are not only psychological or narrative, but energetic and embodied.

Everything that takes form in a life begins in subtler spaces — in attention, in relationship, in unseen patterns. We tend to these with wisdom and care.

You bring your questions, realizations, and uncertainty.
I bring insight and space for allowing all of this to be explored and integrated.

Format & Investment

Sessions are held virtually.

You may choose:

• 60-minute session — $175
• 90-minute session — $225

The longer session allows for deeper settling, guided practices, and spacious inquiry.

Some people meet weekly. Others biweekly or monthly.

     The rhythm is intentional and shaped collaboratively.

​

          Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

​
